As well as sourcing work for freelancers in the television industry, we provide a one-of-a-kind administration programme, whereby:

  • We invoice all your clients for each job you work on
  • We keep track of all your billings and payments, as well as debt-collect on your behalf, ensuring payments are made to you on time
  • We provide you with financial institute- accepted income letters on request
  • We submit your annual tax returns

This includes invoicing, debt-collecting on your clients, income letters, IRP5’s at a set cost per invoice . If you choose to be on our tax programme as well, whereby you bring your tax expenses on a monthly basis and we do monthly calculations on these expenses as well as submit your tax return at the end of the year, it is a percentage deduction from your invoices that we submit(provided all invoices are submitted through Magic People).

This fee is charged on from submitting tax returns only. It is for clients who do not require our administration services, but do require someone to submit their tax returns for them on a yearly basis. Fee is based on amount of time taken to complete & submit your return, and on the amount of rebate received.
